Gil drop kicked himself into the chat because he wishes to have a career as an author and very possibly, a career in the Christian publishing industry.

Anyway. After you get ok-ish at writing... You wanna knock into a platform.

YES! And also... No...

I have a shared platform and then I have substack... both of which are only doing so much for me. And while I don't expect this to be that much more effective... I am hoping it'll give me room to get all over.

This is essentially.... my first manicured email marketing test...

Authors Collective has functioned decently... but without the tools I needed to make it the best it could be... Im gonna test with my newsletter and then whenever we come back from our Hiatus... Im gonna put that same effort into Collective here.

That all was a tangent... All in all... I want/need a platform to host my fiction and the audience that Im supposed to be gathering... 1,000 people is gonna be a crazy goal... and somehow Im supposed to get like... 30 times that?!

Today is my first collection day... When I get kickstarted into my newsletter and get my initial list of names...

If you wanna know my plans for this big party at my house(my newsletter). So far its book reviews and movie reviews, Specifically in the vein of family friendly or Understanding YA/NA typically magic free, and I want to dive into Dystopian as a genre as well as classic literature... yep... All the vibes... but ultimately Im hoping to hand out encouragement and hope.
